2020 Transit Development Plan
The DC Circulator Transit Development Plan (TDP) provides a roadmap for implementing service and organizational improvements, including potential service expansions. The first plan was created in 2011 and is updated every three years. The original plan and all updates are published here.
Final 2018 Service Changes
DDOT implemented major service changes to the system on June 24, 2018.
